More than ten junta fighters, including an officer, were reportedly killed in an offensive against the Mandalay People’s Defence Force (PDF) between Pyin Oo Lwin and Nawngkio townships from 8-9 November, according to an officer from the resistance group that’s fighting against the military dictatorship.
